Roosters Hot Sauce
- 1/3c Franks Red Hot sauce
 - 4T unsalted butter
 - 1/2t vinegar (maybe 1/4t)
 - 1/4t worcestershire sauce
 - 1/4t garlic powder
 - Salt
 
Combine in small saucepan. Cook on medium till bubbling. Vinegar is the key, use a tiny dash of white vinegar. Using too much vinegar will make the sauce bitter.
