Roosters Hot Sauce

  • 1/3c Franks Red Hot sauce
  • 4T unsalted butter
  • 1/2t vinegar (maybe 1/4t)
  • 1/4t worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4t garlic powder
  • Salt

Combine in small saucepan. Cook on medium till bubbling. Vinegar is the key, use a tiny dash of white vinegar. Using too much vinegar will make the sauce bitter.
