Rasin Bread Pudding
- 1 1/2 c sugar
- 2 c milk
- 1 loaf raisin bread
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 1 1/2 t cinnamon
- 4 eggs, beaten will
Topping:
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1/2 c sugar
- 1/4 c water
- 1 T flour
Cut bread into small cubes, place in greased 9x13 pan. Combine remaining ingredients. Pour over bread and mix. Bake 40 minutes at 300F.
Prepare sauce. Mix ingredients in sauce pan. Bring to a boil and cook 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Add 1 tsp of vanilla. Cool slightly and pour over warm pudding.
