Oven-Baked Boneless Wings

Ingredients
- 1 pound boneless, skinless, chicken breast
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
Buffalo Sauce Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Frank's hot sauce
- 4 Tbsp butter
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp cayenne
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425F
- Cut the chicken into 2-inch pieces
- Whisk eggs in a shallow bowl
- In a Ziplock bag mix the flour, cayenne, paprika, garlic powder, and salt
- Coat the chicken in egg and let any excess egg mixture drop off then transfer to the flour mixture. Toss the flour bag to coat the chicken.
- Place a wire rack inside of a baking sheet. Spray the wire rack with oil.
- Lay the chicken pieces in a single layer onto wire rack with space between each one. Spray the chicken with oil.
- Bake for 20 minutes
- Broil for 2 minutes per side
Sauce Instructions
- Put all ingredients into a saucepan and simmer. Keep warm.
- Once chicken is cooked, toss them with the sauce.
