Meatloaf

Ingredients
Meatloaf
- 4 eggs
 - parsley
 - rubbed sage
 - salt
 - pepper
 - milk
 - 6oz tomato paste can
 - 1 large onion
 - 2-2.5 pounds ground beef
 - 1 cup panko
 
Icing
- 1 cup ketchup
 - 1/2 cup brown sugar
 - 1.5T ground mustard
 
Instructions
Meatloaf
- Put 3 eggs in bowl and whisk
 - Add 2/3 cup milk, 2 small handfuls of parsley, 2 small palmfuls of rubbed sage, 3t kosher salt and ground pepper
 - Add another 1/4c milk if necessary
 - 6oz can tomato paste
 - Whisk
 - Add meat (2-2.5 pounds beef)
 - Don't over mix but remove clumps
 - Add more milk if necessary
 - Add 1 large onion, chopped
 - Add another egg for consistency
 - Add 1 cup panko
 - Spray a pan with olive oil cooking spray
 - Put meat in pan and shape. Add ridges to let the grease drain.
 
Icing
- 1c ketchup
 - 1.5T ground mustard
 - Combine so there's no clumps
 - 1/2 brown sugar
 - Whisk and ice the meatloaf
