Macaroni Salad

Ingredients
- 8oz elbow macaroni
 - 1 1/4 cup mayonnaise
 - 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
 - 1 tsp sugar
 - 1 tsp salt
 - 1/4 tsp black pepper
 - 1 large carrot, shredded
 - 3/4 cup celery, thinly chopped
 - 1/4 cup green onion, chopped
 - 1/8 cup grated yellow onion
 
Instructions
- Cook the macaroni according to package directions. Drain and rinse under cold water until cool.
 - Whisk together 1 cup of the mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper
 - Stir in the carrot and onions
 - Add macaroni and stir until well combined
 - Taste and adjust ingredients as needed. Add more mayonnaise to achieve the desired texture and taste. When I made this last I added about 1/4 cup more mayonnaise.
