Ingredients
- 3/4 c Milk
- 2 tbsp Vinegar, White
- 1 c Flour
- 2 tbsp Sugar, White
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 Egg
- 2 tbsp Butter, Softened
- 2 tsp Vanilla
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
Instructions
- 1. Combine milk with vinegar in a medium bowl and set aside for 5 minutes to "sour".
- 2. Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a large mixing bowl. Whisk egg and butter into "soured" milk. Pour flour mixture and wet mixture together.
- 3. Heat a large skillet and cook like pancakes.
