Ingredients
- 1 scoop chocolate collagen peptides OR 2 Tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 Tbsp maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- pinch sea salt
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup almond milk
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
Instructions
This is easiest to make in a container you can shake
- Mix all ingredients except almond milk and chia seeds
- Mix in the almond milk
- Mix in the chia seeds
- Cover and refrigerate overnight
