Yule Log

For Christmas 2015 I made a Yule Log. It took an entire day and I don't think I'm ever making one again in my life. For posterity, the recipe I used can be found here on the Joy of Baking website. For 2016 I made a chocolate Swiss roll with cream cheese icing. One-quarter of the time and much more satisfying.
I also took some photos of the Yule Log for us to all remember the occasion:
