White Bread with Olive Oil

Two loaves of this recipe makes a full 9x13 casserole dish of stuffing for Thanksgiving

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Make sure not to put the yeast on top of the salt.
  2. Turn onto a lightly floured surface and knead well until dough is smooth and slightly elastic
  3. Put dough back into the bowl and leave to rise for one hour
  4. Oil a 1lb bread loaf pan
  5. Tip the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and mold into a loaf shape. Put dough in the tin and leave to rise for 30-60 minutes.
  6. Preheat the oven to 450F. Dust the top of the dough with flour and bake for 25 minutes.
  7. Turn the loaf out onto a wire rack to cool
