#format mdown # White Bread with Olive Oil * **Makes:** 1 loaf * **Source:** Paul Hollywood * **Contributor:** Kate Two loaves of this recipe makes a full 9x13 casserole dish of stuffing for Thanksgiving ## Ingredients * 500g strong white flour, plus extra for dusting * 10g salt * 2.5tsp amylase * 60ml olive oil * 15g yeast * 270ml water ## Instructions 1. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Make sure not to put the yeast on top of the salt. 1. Turn onto a lightly floured surface and knead well until dough is smooth and slightly elastic 1. Put dough back into the bowl and leave to rise for one hour 1. Oil a 1lb bread loaf pan 1. Tip the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and mold into a loaf shape. Put dough in the tin and leave to rise for 30-60 minutes. 1. Preheat the oven to 450F. Dust the top of the dough with flour and bake for 25 minutes. 1.
