Spicy vegetarian chili. I got this recipe from work (it won the work chili cook-off). This stuff is SOOOOO good . . . Dad and I have adopted it as our Super Bowl Chili. It is spicy though . . . so great for those who like spicy foods. Can be served with sour cream, rice, onions, cheese.
Ingredients
- 2 can Soup, Black Bean (Goya)
 - 3 can Beans, chili in hot sauce (Bush)
 - 1 c Onion, Red
 - 1 c Pepper, Green, Minced
 - 1 can Kidney Beans, in sauce
 - 1 can Tomatoes, chili-ready diced (Del Fratelli)
 - 2 can Corn, Fiesta
 - 2 can Beans, Garbanzo (Goya)
 - 1 can Tomatoes, Diced with Lime Juice/Cilantro (Ro-Tel)
 - 2 clove Garlic
 - 1 Pepper, Jalepeno
 - 1 tsp Mustard, Ground
 - 1/2 tsp Pepper, Cayenne
 - 1 tbsp Chili Powder
 - 1 tsp Curry Powder
 - 1/2 tsp Cajun Seasoning
 - 1 tsp Cilantro
 - 1 tsp Paprika
 - 1 can Soup, Tomato
 - 1 can Tomatoes, Whole
 
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a large cook pot.
 - Cook for 3-6 hours on very low heat.
 - Good crock pot recipe since it can easily cook on 170 degrees for up to six hours.
 - Use red, green and yellow peppers if you want a nicer look.
