Tzatziki

Ingredients
- 2 cucumbers, peeled and grated
- 2t salt
- 1-2 cloves garlic (possibly more, up to 4-5)
- 1t vinegar
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 2c 2% fat greek yogurt
- 1c Fresh dill, chopped (approximately)
- 1/4t white pepper
Instructions
- Combine cucumber and salt, let sit for 20 minutes then drain the juice off
- To the dried cucumber, add the rest of the ingredients and taste. You'll likely want to add more dill, lemon, or garlic
