 * 1 c Margarine
 * 1 c Water
 * 4 tbsp Cocoa
 * 2 c Flour
 * 2 c Sugar, White
 * 1/2 tsp Salt
 * 2  Egg
 * 1/2 c Sour Cream
 * 1 tsp Soda

== Instructions ==
 1. Boil margarine, water, cocoa.  Remove from heat and add flour, sugar and salt.  Beat in eggs, sour cream and soda.
 1. Pour onto large cookie sheet.  Bake 22 minutes.
