Texas Sheet Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 c Margarine
  • 1 c Water
  • 4 tbsp Cocoa
  • 2 c Flour
  • 2 c Sugar, White
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 2 Egg
  • 1/2 c Sour Cream
  • 1 tsp Soda

Instructions

  1. Boil margarine, water, cocoa. Remove from heat and add flour, sugar and salt. Beat in eggs, sour cream and soda.
  2. Pour onto large cookie sheet. Bake 22 minutes.
