 * 1 garlic clove
 * 1 tablespoon lime juice
 * 1/2 teaspoon paprika (smoked is better but plain works too)
 * 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
 * 1/2 teaspoon salt
 * 1/4 teaspoon pepper
