Dad's famous Swedish Meatballs.  We serve these every year on New Year's Eve.

== Ingredients ==
 * 1/2 lb Sausage, Ground
 * 1/3 c Onion, White
 * 1/2 c Milk
 * 1 1/2 tsp Salt
 * 1 lb Beef, Ground
 * 1  Egg
 * 1/2 c Bread Crumbs
 * 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
 * 1 1/2 tsp Garlic
 * 1 tsp Celery Seed
 * 1 tsp Parsley, Dried
 * 1 tsp Savory
 * 1 tsp Oregano
 * 1 tsp Thyme
 * 1 tsp Sage
 * 1 tsp Basil

 * 1 tbsp Kitchen Bouquet
 * 2 can Consomme

== Instructions ==
 1. Mix all ingredients except kitchen bouquet and consomme.  Brown.  Add consomme and kitchen bouquet.  Bake 1 hour.
