Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients

  • 24 mushroom caps
  • 1 8oz package of cream cheese
  • 1/2 c bacon bits, about 6 slices of bacon
  • 1/2 c grated parmesan
  • 2 T minced garlic

Directions

  1. Mix cream cheese, bacon, parmesan and garlic
  2. Stuff into mushroom caps
  3. Top with shredded cheddar
  4. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes
