Southwest Pimento Cheese
This is a nicely versatile pimento cheese recipe with a little (but not too much) heat. It's great on a sandwich cold, as a dip for chips, or even on a grilled cheese sandwich.
Ingredients
- 1 cup shredded extra-sharp Cheddar cheese
 - 1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
 - 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
 - 1/2 cup mayonnaise
 - 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
 - 1/4 teaspoon dried mustard
 - 1/4 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
 - 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
 - 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
 - 12 slices, pickled jalapeno
 - 4 ounces diced pimento, drained
 - salt and black pepper to taste
 
Instructions
- Mix together by hand or in a mixer till well combined
