  1. Blend eggs, cream, salt, and pepper together in a blender
  2. Fill 12 4oz mason jars 1/3 full with toppings of choice
  3. Top with egg mixture
  4. Sous vide at 170 degrees for 90 minutes
  5. Refrigerate until eating, then microwave for about a minute before eating
