Sous Vide Egg Bites

Ingredients
- 12 Eggs
 - 1 cup Heavy Cream
 - salt and pepper
 - Various Toppings (ex: bacon, cheese, vegetables)
 
Instructions
- Blend eggs, cream, salt, and pepper together in a blender
 - Fill 12 4oz mason jars 1/3 full with toppings of choice
 - Top with egg mixture
 - Sous vide at 170 degrees for 90 minutes
 - Refrigerate until eating, then microwave for about a minute before eating
