Sourcream Coffee Cake

Yummy coffee cake. Great for special holidays.

Instructions

  1. Grease and flour tube pan.
  2. - Cream together butter, sugar and eggs in electric mixer. Then, barley fold in by hand sour cream and vanilla.
  3. - Sift together the dry ingredients. Fold dry ingredients gently into batter.
  4. - Mix together Topping ingredients (brown sugar, nuts, cinnamon).
  5. - Pour half of batter into tube pan. Sprinkle with half of topping. Spoon on rest of batter. Sprinkle on remainder of topping.
  6. - Bake for 55-60 minutes until toothpick inserted near center comes out clean.
  7. - Cool for several hours; then remove from pan. To serve, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
