Soup Tuscana

Olive Garden potato/sausage soup. Very good.
Ingredients
- 1 lb Sausage, Spicy Italian
 - 1/2 lb Bacon
 - 4 c Water
 - 30 oz Chicken, Broth
 - 2 Potatoes
 - 2 clove Garlic
 - 1 Onion, Minced
 - 2 c Kale
 - 1 c Cream, Heavy
 - Salt to taste
 - Pepper, Black to taste
 
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium-high heat, brown sausage, breaking into small pieces as it fries. Drain and set aside.
 - In a skillet over medium-high heat, brown bacon, drain and set aside.
 - Place water, broth, potatoes, garlic, and onion in a pot. Simmer over medium heat until potatoes are tender.
 - Add sausage and bacon to pot; simmer for 10 minutes.
 - Add kale and cream to pot; season with salt and pepper; heat through.
