Red Wine Vinaigrette Salad Dressing

Ingredients
- 1/2 c Vinegar, Red Wine
- 1/3 c Oil, Olive
- 2 tbsp Honey, Raw
- 2 tbsp Pectin
- 2 1/2 tbsp Cheese, Romano
- 1 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Lemon, Juice
- 1/2 tsp Garlic
- 1 tsp Onion, Minced
- Oregano to taste
- Pepper, Red Flakes to taste
Instructions
- Shake ingredients together. Use pectin to thicken to desired consistency.
