Crockpot Pumpkin Oatmeal

Ingredients
- 2c Steel Cut Oats
 - 7c water
 - 1 can pumpkin (2 1/4 cup)
 - 2t vanilla
 - 2T pumpkin pie seasoning or the seasonings listed below: 
- 1/2T cinnamon
 - 1t ginger
 - 1/4t allspice
 - 1/4t mace
 - 1/4t ground cloves
 - 1/4t nutmeg
 
 - 1/2t Salt
 - 1/4c Sugar (brown, white or cane)
 - Honey (1t per portion)
 
Instructions
- Put everything into a crockpot and cook for 8 hours.
 - Top each bowl with 1t honey.
 - Add chia seeds to make it extra filling.
