I made it overnight and the oats were just about to stick to the bottom and there was still lots of liquid on the top. It took 2 more hours of cooking on low and stirring to achieve proper consistency. | 
Crockpot Pumpkin Oatmeal

Ingredients
- 1c Steel Cut Oats
 - 4c almond milk
 - 10oz canned pumpkin
 - 1/2c apple butter
 - 1t vanilla
 - 1T pumpkin pie seasoning or the seasonings listed below: 
- 1t cinnamon
 - 1/4t ginger
 - dash mace
 - dash ground cloves
 - dash nutmeg
 
 - 1/2t Salt
 - 1T maple sugar
 
Instructions
- Put everything into a crockpot and cook for 8 hours. I recommend making this during the day and stirring after 4 hours. I made it overnight and the oats were just about to stick to the bottom and there was still lots of liquid on the top.
