 1. Put everything into a crockpot and cook for 8 hours. I recommend making this during the day and stirring after 4 hours. I made it overnight and the oats were just about to stick to the bottom and there was still lots of liquid on the top. It took 2 more hours of cooking on low and stirring to achieve proper consistency.

  • 1c Steel Cut Oats
  • 4c almond milk
  • 10oz canned pumpkin
  • 1/2c apple butter
  • 1t vanilla
  • 1T pumpkin pie seasoning or the seasonings listed below:
    • 1t cinnamon
    • 1/4t ginger
    • dash mace
    • dash ground cloves
    • dash nutmeg
  • 1/2t Salt
  • 1T maple sugar

Instructions
