Crockpot Pumpkin Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • 2c Steel Cut Oats
  • 7c water
  • 1 can pumpkin (2 1/4 cup)
  • 2t vanilla
  • 2T pumpkin pie seasoning or the seasonings listed below:
    • 1/2T cinnamon
    • 1t ginger
    • 1/4t allspice
    • 1/4t mace
    • 1/4t ground cloves
    • 1/4t nutmeg
  • 1/2t Salt
  • 1/4c Sugar (brown, white or cane)
  • Honey (1t per portion)

Instructions

  1. Put everything into a crockpot and cook for 8 hours.
  2. Top each bowl with 1t honey.
  3. Add chia seeds to make it extra filling.
