 * 1.5t kosher salt
 * 1t dried basil
 * 1t crushed dried rosemary
 * 1t smoked paprika
 * 1/2t garlic powder
 * 1/2t mustard powder
 * 1/2t ground pepper
 * 1/2t ground thyme
 * 1/2t dried parsley
 * 1/2t cayenne pepper (optional)
 * 1/4t celery seed
 * 1/8t ground cumin
