Pistachio Cannoli Filling
Serves: 16 small cannolis

Ingredients
- 400g Ricotta, strained
 - ½ cup Powdered Sugar
 - ¼ teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
 - 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla
 - 1 tablespoon Pistachio Paste
 
Instructions
- Strain the ricotta for at least 4 hours
 - Add all ingredients to a bowl and beat with a mixer until combined
 - Transfer filling to a piping bag and fill your cannoli shells
