Pesto with Kale

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c Kale
- 1 1/2 c Basil
- 2/3 c Pine Nuts
- 8 clove Garlic
- 1 can Olives, Black
- 2/3 c Oil, Olive
- 1/2 envelope Lime, juice
- 1/3 c Parmesan Cheese
- 1 tsp Vinegar, Red Wine
- 1 Cumin
- 1 Pepper, Cayenne
- 1 Pepper, Black
Instructions
- Place the kale, basil, pine nuts, garlic and olives (6oz) in a food processor, and chop to a corse paste. Mix in olive oil, lime juice, vinegar, cumin, cayenne pepper, parmesan cheese, salt and pepper. Process until well blended and smooth.
