Ingredients
- 3 c Oats
- 1/2 c Peanuts
- 1/4 c Wheat Germ
- 1/3 c Honey, Raw
- 1/3 c Sugar, Brown
- 1/4 c Oil, Vegetable
- 2 tbsp Water, Warm
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Vanilla
Instructions
- 1. Preheat oven to 250 degrees F. Lightly grease a baking sheet.
- 2. In a large bowl: combine oats, peanuts, and wheat germ
- 3. In a separate brown, combine honey, brown sugar, vegetable oil, water, salt and vanilla. Stir well; then pour into oat mixture and sir. Spread out on cookie sheet.
- 4. Bake for an hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
