Peanut Butter Oatmeal
Makes 4 servings.
Ingredients
- 2c old-fashioned oats
- 2t cinnamon
- 2 eggs
- 2c milk
- 2t vanilla extract
- 1c water
- 4T peanut butter
- 2T honey
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Coat an 8x8-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, combine oats and cinnamon.
- In a medium bowl, beat eggs and add milk, water and peanut butter.
- Add to the oats, pour mixture into dish, and bake for 20 minutes.
- Drizzle with honey.
