Oven Bakes Pear French Toast

Ingredients
- 3 tbsp Honey, Raw
 - 1 tbsp Lemon, Juice
 - 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
 - 1/4 tsp Ginger
 - 2 Pears
 - 2 Egg
 - 1 tbsp Honey, Raw
 - 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
 - 1/4 tsp Ginger
 - 1/3 c Milk
 - 4 Bread
 
Instructions
- 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly grease a cookie sheet.
 - 2. Stir 3 tbs honey, lemon juice, 1/4 tsp cinnamon, 1/4 tsp ginger together in small bowl; spread evenly into the bottom of prepared cookie sheet. Arrange sliced pears in groups of 5 or so in the bottom of dish.
 - 3. Beat the eggs, t tbs honey, 1/4 tsp cinnamon, and 1/4 tsp ginger in a shallow dish. Soak each piece of bread in mixture and then set atop the pears.
 - 4. Bake in oven until bread is a nice golden brown color. (about 20 minutes). Flip upside down so pears are on top and serve.
