#format mdown # Oven-Baked Boneless Wings * **Serves:** 4 * **Contributor:** Kate ## Ingredients * 1 pound boneless, skinless, chicken breast * 2 eggs * 1 cup all-purpose flour * 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper * 1/2 tsp paprika * 1/2 tsp garlic powder * 1/2 tsp salt ### Buffalo Sauce Ingredients * 1/2 cup Frank's hot sauce * 4 Tbsp butter * 1/2 tsp garlic powder * 1/2 tsp cayenne ## Instructions 1. Preheat oven to 425F 1. Cut the chicken into 2-inch pieces 1. Whisk eggs in a shallow bowl 1. In a Ziplock bag mix the flour, cayenne, paprika, garlic powder, and salt 1. Coat the chicken in egg and let any excess egg mixture drop off then transfer to the flour mixture. Toss the flour bag to coat the chicken. 1. Place a wire rack inside of a baking sheet. Spray the wire rack with oil. 1. Lay the chicken pieces in a single layer onto wire rack with space between each one. Spray the chicken with oil. 1. Bake for 20 minutes 1. Broil for 2 minutes per side ### Sauce Instructions 1. Put all ingredients into a saucepan and simmer. Keep warm. 1. Once chicken is cooked, toss them with the sauce. ---- CategoryRecipesDinner
