 * 1 c Sugar, Brown
 * 1/2 c Sugar, White
 * 1  Egg
 * 1 tsp Vanilla
 * 1/4 c Water
 * 3 c Oats
 * 1 c Flour
 * 1 tsp Salt
 * 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
 * 1/2 c Walnuts, Chopped
 * 1 c Chocolate Chips

== Instructions ==
 1. Beat together shortening, sugars, egg, water and vanilla until creamy.  Add combined remaining ingredients; mix well.  Drop onto greased cookie sheet.  Bake 8 minutes.
