  1. Dough: dissolve yeast in warm water and let stand approximately 10 minutes. Cream together butter, sour cream, egg yolks. Add dissolved yeast. Add flour and kneed until mixed. Filling (egg whites, chopped nuts, sugar): combine all ingredients.
  2. Roll a small amount of dough into a square. Spread nut filling on square and roll. Bake 8 - 9 minutes. Yield: 16 dozen.
