No Bake Peanut Butter Protein Bites

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (dry) oatmeal
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1 scoop whey powder
  • 2 tablespoons coconut flakes
  • 1/2 cup flaxseeds
  • 1/3 cup dried cranberries
  • 2 tablespoons agave nectar or honey
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together and roll into small balls about 1 inch in size. Let them set in fridge for an hour. Store refrigerated in an air-tight container.
