 * 4 eggs
 * parsley
 * rubbed sage
 * salt
 * pepper
 * milk
 * 6oz tomato paste can
 * 1 large onion
 * 2-2.5 pounds ground beef
  * or 2lb ground beef and 1lb sausage
 * 1 cup panko

 * 1 cup ketchup
 * 1/2 cup brown sugar
 * 1.5T ground mustard

 1. Put 3 eggs in bowl and whisk
 1. Add 2/3 cup milk, 2 small handfuls of parsley, 2 small palmfuls of rubbed sage, 3t kosher salt and ground pepper
 1. Add another 1/4c milk if necessary
 1. 6oz can tomato paste
 1. Whisk
 1. Add meat (2-2.5 pounds beef)
 1. Don't over mix but remove clumps
 1. Add more milk if necessary
 1. Add 1 large onion, chopped
 1. Add another egg for consistency
 1. Add 1 cup panko
 1. Spray a pan with olive oil cooking spray
 1. Put meat in pan and shape. Add ridges to let the grease drain.

 1. 1c ketchup
 1. 1.5T ground mustard
 1. Combine so there's no clumps
 1. 1/2 brown sugar
 1. Whisk and ice the meatloaf
