Lemon Glaze

Ingredients
- 1c powdered sugar, plus more as needed
 - 2T lemon juice
 - 1/2t lemon zest (optional)
 
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and stir until smooth. If a thicker glaze is desired, add more powdered sugar 1 tablespoon at a time until consistency is right.
 - Use immediately or cover the surface of the glaze with plastic wrap to prevent drying out.
