 * 2T lemon juice
 * 1/2t lemon zest (optional)

== Instructions ==
 1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and stir until smooth. If a thicker glaze is desired, add more powdered sugar 1 tablespoon at a time until consistency is right.
 1. Use immediately or cover the surface of the glaze with plastic wrap to prevent drying out.
