Jalapeno Pimento Cheese

Ingredients
- 4 pickled red jalapenos
 - 2 pickled green jalapenos
 - 3c shredded cheddar cheese
 - 1T pimentos
 - 1T grated yellow onion
 - 3/4 cup mayonnaise
 - 2t yellow mustard
 - 1t chile pickle juice
 - Salt
 - Celery sticks or crackers for serving
 
Instructions
- Combine and add salt to taste, chill for 2 hours before serving.
