Ingredients
- 12 eggs
 - Water
 
Pressure Cookier Instructions
- Place the steamer rack in the bottom of your electric pressure cooker
 - Pour enough water in the bottom of the cooker to just touch the steamer rack
 - Place 12 eggs in the cooker, avoiding the sides of the cooker
 - Lock the lid and cook on high for 4 minutes
 - Once pressure has evacuated the cooker, remove the pot and run cold water into it. Place ice in the pot to help speed cooling.
 
Stove-top Instructiosn
- Place eggs in a single layer in cold water and bring to a rolling boil
 - Cover and remove from heat, let stand for 10 minutes
 - Pour out hot water and fill pot with cold water until cooled (water will gradually warm over time), let stand for 10 minutes
