Ingredients

  • 12 eggs
  • Water

Pressure Cookier Instructions

  1. Place the steamer rack in the bottom of your electric pressure cooker
  2. Pour enough water in the bottom of the cooker to just touch the steamer rack
  3. Place 12 eggs in the cooker, avoiding the sides of the cooker
  4. Lock the lid and cook on high for 4 minutes
  5. Once pressure has evacuated the cooker, remove the pot and run cold water into it. Place ice in the pot to help speed cooling.
