Hamburger Recipe
Yield: 8 1/4 lb burgers
- 2 lb ground beef
- 1 egg, beaten
- 3/4c dry bread crumbs
- 2T worcestershire sauce
- 2T yellow mustard
- 1/8t cayenne pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
