Ingredients

  • 2 lb ground beef
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 3/4c dry bread crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
  • 1/8 teaspoons cayenne pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Mix it all together, form into patties
  2. These grill a little better if you freeze the patties first but you can also throw them on the grill fresh
