Guacamole
Guacamole is a pretty simple dish but it never hurts to down the recipe. This makes a very nice and mild guacamole. To spice it up a notch add the jalapeƱo seeds. To spice it up two notches add serrano peppers without seeds. Three notices, serrano peppers with seeds. Insanity level, add habeneros.
Ingredients
- 2 ripe Hass avocados, peeled and cut in half
- 2 cloves of garlic, crushed
- 1 Jalapeno peppers, diced with seeds removed
- 1/2 cup of chopped cilantro
- Juice from 1/2 a lime
- Salt to taste
- 1/4 cup Ro-tel tomatoes (or 1.5 times the peppers and a fresh tomato without the goop)
Instructions
Mix all the ingredients together with a fork in a bowl until desired consistency.
