Ginger Chicken
- 4lb chicken breast
 - 1/2c lemon juice
 - 1/2c vegetable oil
 - 1c soy sauce
 - 2T granulated garlic, minced
 - 2t fresh grated ginger
 
Cut chicken up in 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick slices. Marinate over night
