French Silk Pie

Instructions

  1. Cream butter and sugar.
  2. Add one egg and beat for 5 minutes. Continue with each egg, beating for 20 minutes.
  3. Add melted chocolate and vanilla. Beat well.
  4. Pour into pie shell.
  5. Refrigerate to firm up.
  6. Top with whipped cream and shaved chocolate, if desired.
