French Silk Pie

Ingredients
- 1 cup butter
 - 1.5 cups sugar
 - 4 pasteurized eggs
 - 4oz unsweetened chocolate, melted
 - 2tsp vanilla
 - Oreo pie shell
 - Whipped cream
 
Instructions
- Cream butter and sugar.
 - Add one egg and beat for 5 minutes. Continue with each egg, beating for 20 minutes.
 - Add melted chocolate and vanilla. Beat well.
 - Pour into pie shell.
 - Refrigerate to firm up.
 - Top with whipped cream and shaved chocolate, if desired.
