French Bread
Makes: 2 pound loaf

Ingredients
- 1 1/3 cups water
 - 2 teaspoons butter, softened
 - 4 cups bread flour
 - 5 teaspoons sugar
 - 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
 - 2 1/2 teaspoons yeast
 
Instructions
- Measure and add liquid ingredients in the bread pan.
 - Measure and add dry ingredients (except yeast) to the bread pan.
 - Use your finger to form a well i the flour where you will pour the yeast. The yeast shall never come into contact with a liquid when you are adding ingredients. Measure yeast and carefully pour it into the well.
 - Snap the baking pan into the bread maker and close the lid.
 - Use the french setting and choose light crust color.
